ASSESSMENTS
Midvale Park homeowners are members of Midvale Park Master Review Board.
Members are responsible for paying bi-annual assessments to support community operations and reserve funds.
Assessments for 2026 are $230.28, paid in bi-annual increments of $115.14.
$115.14 is due on January 1 and July 1 of each year. Payments received after the 15th of the month are subject to late fees.
Payments can be submitted by mail, online, or by phone with Western Alliance Bank at (844) 739-2331.

- One-Time Electronic Check Payments – Pay your assessment online one time only. This service is $2.95 per transaction.
- One-Time Payment with Credit/Debit Cards – You may make a one-time payment with a credit or debit card. Credit Card service fee- 3.5%, Debit Card flat fee $5.00 charged by the bank.
