Midvale Park is a master-planned community in the southwest part of Tucson, Arizona. Originally founded in September 1981, Midvale Park officially comprises 3,000+ homes with commercial lots, two parks, and a public elementary school. The development is bordered by Interstate 19 on the east, Mission Road to the west, Irvington Road to the north, and Valencia Road to the south.

In 2023, the Midvale Park Board of Directors selected CCMC as its managing agent. For 50 years, CCMC has been building community by creating experiences connecting residents in the neighborhoods they serve and in the offices where they work. Today, the company serves some of the nation’s most successful master-planned communities, commercial associations, municipal districts, utility districts, and community foundations. CCMC is committed to providing its associations with the highest level of service.

Founded in 1973, CCMC has laid a foundation for building community by bringing people together. We strive to revolutionize large-scale community management by inspiring meaningful experiences for residents and team members. Our team members enhance the resident experience by providing unparalleled service, opportunities to connect, and operational excellence. This vision of community success is brought into focus by aligning our core values of Integrity, Respect, Service, and Community.
